A sports label for players and fans who still have game. PLUS school runs, board meetings, and perimenopause. Founded in London by designer Clara Mulligan, the brand delivers statement apparel and accessories for modern sport.

The Blind Spot We’re Fixing

Girls who grow up playing sport are more likely to lead—teams, companies, whole movements. Brilliant. But there’s a gap no one talks about: what happens when women “age out” of organised sport (or think they have)? Life gets loud. Careers, kids, while the thing that built our confidence and crew quietly slips away. Gyms are fine. Classes are fine. But they’re often solo, not squad.

The Spark

After 15 years off the pitch, our founder got invited to a women’s 35+ training session in London. She finally showed up, and everything changed. Two hours a week with women of every background and ability, coached by a legend who teaches touch, tactics, and why the most efficient pass is often the smartest decision you’ll make all day. The result? Strength, joy, and a hard-won reminder that people are good. And we need each other.

Why We Exist

She’s Her International is building the thing many of us lost: a team. A place for the competitive, the curious, the coming-back-to-it. A space where football is the anchor and life gets sorted between drills. A community for women navigating jobs, kids, and the glorious chaos of peri/menopause—with camaraderie, celebration, and the occasional nutmeg.
